What happens if I downgrade my personal plan?
Profiles beyond your allowance become locked or archived, but are not deleted. Active phone numbers stay managed separately under phone billing.
What happens after a missed payment?
Paid access continues during the grace period. After grace, unpaid plan or phone access pauses while your data and history remain preserved.
