How is Team Workspace different from personal plans?
Team Workspace is a collaboration add-on the manager pays for. It does not increase anyone’s profile or AI allowance. Each member keeps their own Free, Pro, or Pro Multi plan.
Can free members join a team?
Yes. Free members can join a team without unlocking paid personal features. Team membership alone does not upgrade personal billing.
Who pays for what in the example team?
Each member pays for their own personal plan. The manager additionally pays the Team Workspace fee for coordination and administration.
What happens if I downgrade my personal plan?
Profiles beyond your allowance become locked or archived, but are not deleted. Team Workspace continues separately for the manager.
