SMS Communication Policy

Jobcakes SMS is for one-to-one employment-related communication, not bulk or promotional messaging.

Campaign Purpose

Jobcakes enables users to manage one-to-one employment-related communications using a dedicated phone number. Users may send and receive messages with recruiters, hiring teams, and companies for job application follow-ups, interview scheduling, interview coordination, and responses to recruiter outreach.

Consent

Jobcakes users consent to this SMS communication policy when they create an account and use phone features. During phone number setup, users confirm that messaging is limited to one-to-one employment-related communication with recipients they have a valid reason to contact.

Recipients contacted by Jobcakes users should be part of an existing or expected employment-related conversation, such as when a recruiter contacted the user first, shared a phone number for recruiting communication, listed a phone number for hiring communication, or is already coordinating an application or interview.

Prohibited Messaging

Jobcakes does not allow bulk messaging, purchased contact lists, scraped phone lists, third-party lead generation, automated marketing campaigns, promotional blasts, spam, fraud, harassment, or unrelated outreach.

Opt-Out and Help

Recipients can reply STOP to opt out of future SMS messages from a Jobcakes phone number. Recipients can reply START to resubscribe and HELP for assistance or contact support@jobcakes.com. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on user activity and the recipient's employment-related conversation with the Jobcakes user.
