Guests and teams

What is the difference between a guest and a team member?

  1. A guest receives limited access from a workspace owner.
  2. A team member belongs to an approved Business team.
  3. Guests remain separate from team membership and billing seats.
  4. Pending invitations are not accepted paid seats.

What can a team manager see?

  1. Managers can invite members and see team-wide and per-member statistics.
  2. Managers cannot open member jobs, applications, resumes, Gmail, phone data, profile content, or settings.
  3. Team reporting remains stats-only.

Phone access

How do profile phone numbers work?

  1. Phone access requires an entitled plan.
  2. Premium includes one phone number.
  3. Business allows one number per entitled profile.
  4. Calls, messages, and history remain associated with the profile.
  5. If access pauses, historical activity is preserved.

Plans and billing state

What changes between Free, Premium, and Business?

  1. Free provides the core workflow, one active profile, and limited AI credits.
  2. Premium adds unlimited generation, market jobs, Gmail, guests, and one phone number.
  3. Business adds team membership, broader profile capacity, and one phone number per profile.
  4. Billing settings show the current plan, usage, renewal state, and invoice history.

What happens after a missed payment?

  1. Paid access continues during the five-day grace period.
  2. Billing reminders are sent during that period.
  3. After grace, Premium falls back to Free and an unpaid Business team becomes inactive.
  4. Profiles, credentials, integrations, memberships, and history remain preserved.
  5. Successful payment can reactivate preserved access.

Common questions

Why can I see a job but not generate a document?

Check the selected profile, profile lock state, plan entitlement, remaining credits, resume availability, and job-description content.

Why is Gmail missing or paused?

Gmail belongs to a specific profile and requires an entitled plan. Confirm the active profile, billing state, and connection status.

Why are no interviews shown?

An applied or rejected job is not automatically an interview. A confirmed interview-stage event must exist first.

Why did a profile become locked?

The current plan may allow fewer active profiles. Locked profiles remain visible and preserved but cannot perform profile-scoped actions.

Can I correct a wrong email link or stage?

Yes. Open the message or application, correct the relationship or stage, and review the resulting timeline.

Does Jobcakes submit applications automatically?

Jobcakes supports discovery, preparation, document generation, answers, and tracking. Always confirm the final external submission state.
