What is the difference between a guest and a team member?
- A guest receives limited access from a workspace owner.
- A team member belongs to an approved Business team.
- Guests remain separate from team membership and billing seats.
- Pending invitations are not accepted paid seats.
What can a team manager see?
- Managers can invite members and see team-wide and per-member statistics.
- Managers cannot open member jobs, applications, resumes, Gmail, phone data, profile content, or settings.
- Team reporting remains stats-only.
